This thing works instantly, after 5 minutes of adding to my quarantine tank my fish was up and swimming as normal as the day I took her home. I think she had sepsis. Treated my main tank as a precautionary measure and my other fish tolerated the med very well. I even bought a backup just in case I ever need it in the future.
