When I received this and was unwrapping it I kept wondering why the tape holding the bowls to the frame was covered in dirt. As I got further into undoing the packaging I realized it wasn't dirt; it was the black paint from the frame! This had obviously been sitting somewhere for a very long time--the tape holding the bowls on was impossible to get off the bowls and it had lifted the paint from the frame to reveal heavy rusting. Every joint of the frame was chipping, showing rust underneath. This is the first time I've purchased something from Amazon that was of poor quality, and I honestly couldn't believe someone thought it was anything but fraudulent to sell this old and falling apart item. Very disappointed.

Took a while longer than expected to arrive. The black holder has paint chips and what looks like rust or corrosion resulting in black flaking paint chips. I will just fix myself rather than deal with taking back as I had to drive out of town to pick it up. The entire unit is smaller than I thought, which is ok but just expected slightly larger. The bowls are great and there was a sticker saying rust and stain resistant so that's the main point.
