I received this as a gift and must say that as large as this is, didn't think my dogs would want to play fetch with this. Wrong. There's something about the thick rubber and the squeak, although after two months the squeak just died today. One of my GSDs continues to bite and chew on this. The seam so far has been holding but the paint is coming off the lips and eyes. The tail "feathers" have been chewed off but this thing still bounces and my dogs still want to play with this thing. It's gotten a lot of use out of it!So, if you have a GSD or a dog that is a constant chewer, be prepared for a short life span of maybe two months. But as long as the seams are intact the dogs may continue to play with this.
