Really works, but it will kill your biological filter. Remove the injured fish into a hospital tank (the smaller the better) and treat by sprinkling it in the water. It's not as effective as mixing it with their food, but sick fish don't usually eat.I've also done the recipe on their website for making an antibiotic food. That's VERY effective and useful, and certainly a better use of the medication. It's only a little time consuming but worth it for a direct application to the fish. It's helpful if you've got a whole tank to treat and they will eat.
