Zilla Fresh Air Non-Locking Screen Clips, 2-Pack

I bought these for a snake cage and they are extremely difficult to attach to the zilla screen. Stupid to think that Zilla would make clips that fit their screens. Once I finally got them on the screen with pliers and a friend's help, they didn't work. The flimsy metal allows the lid to be pushed up without difficulty from a young corn snake. He is able to push his lid up unless I put books on top, but that looks tacky. So I invested in these clips and I'm still using the books. The clips are a waste of time and money. I'm trying to return them and I guess I'll just continue to have books on my snake cage.

No way these things are going to keep my snake in. They are cheap and flimsy and come unsnapped with very little effort.

Clips did not hold & 1 broke when installing. No instructions on placement. I had to search Internet for installation procedure.

The clips fit our screen and keep the lid in place. When our snake gets bigger and stronger, it would probably be better to get another pair of clips to hold down the screen at all four corners. For now, these clips are doing the job.
