Marine Salt Water Conditioner

This is supposed to make tap water safe i use it with marine stabilizer and an RO unit to make water for water changes. Water test show good quality so if the system is broke I wont try to fix it. I do a 10-20% change weekly, this is always a staple. I also use this and marine conditioner in my top off water.
