This is an item that works just as it is described. Fully adjustable, does not respond on a dime, but works very well. Super QUIET!! not sure if it is on, if it was not for the bubbles. This system is currently powering two under-gravel filters with multiple bubble curtains and other air based features with no issue. Its also much quieter than the other systems I have bought for much smaller tanks.

Purchased this for a 75-gallon tank. It doesn't have enough air pressure to pump air through the tubes in such a large tank with 18" deep water (even thought the box says it's good for 50-160 gallons). If you raise your air stones to the top third of the tank, the pump works, but this is not practical for the way most tanks are designed. (And yes, I checked the diaphragms and they are sound.) It is quiet, but since it doesn't do what I need, that doesn't matter. I have located another air pump that can handle the depth and size of the tank, so I will be returning this one and purchasing the Coralife Luft Pump.
