I used this for my discus and some plecos. I know for sure it did not work on calmanus worms affecting my angelfish. That being said, it seemed to make all the tankmates feel better. It was shipped fast and the price was good. Remember this is the small bottle. It's enough to treat 75 gallons or so of water.
