I checked onlines and found this one seems perfect. The description never mentions that I need to assemble them myself as the other sellers clearly stated that I need to put them together for use. To my dismay, I need to assemble them. However it is not dirty or difficult to assemble them.

I purchased Tetra Whisper Bio Bag Cartridges 12 pack unaware I would need to put them together. After using the first one I felt for the price it wasn't all that bad. I would recommend them. Shipping was very next day.
