I ordered two of these. One from Aquarium Decor and another from someone else. What a difference in packaging and quality of product! Aquarium Decor was the best. It was carefully packaged in bubble wrap, and in a cardboard box. It was also new. The other place I ordered one from came on the same day and was just placed in a thin piece of scrap cardboard that someone had cut and just taped it in there. It is also used! I am sure it did not say that when I ordered it. It also rattles inside. I am sure it does not even work. There is also a "goodwill" sticker on it. NEVER order from The Southern Traders, 420 Browns LN, Louisville, KY ! It is not worth the hassle of returning it. But my scathing review of them makes me feel better!
