Ocean Nutritions Spirulina flakes, are, in my opinion, the best flake food out there for all fishes. Just look at the ingredients. You'll see that this food has only good stuff for fish, and is excellent vitamins, fats, proteins, and sources of other neccessary ingredients for excellent health. My fish love it, and I ain't met a fish that didn't. Doesn't have alot of "fillers, or inert" ingredients like wheat products.
