This is so much more comfortable than the big plastic cone my dog was wearing! She has to wear it for a long time and this is a much better solution than the plastic one. I ordered the wrong size and I also ordered it far in advance and wasn't able to exchange it through Amazon (I missed the last date to return or exchange by almost a week). I contacted Seacorals and they were so helpful! They let me exchange the cone and they didn't even charge me extra for the larger size I needed :-)
