I have used NPX Bioplastics before, so I am not new to this product, and it is an excellent product. However, the product pictured in this description is the small pellets (1-2 mm), which I wanted, as opposed to the large pellets (5-6 mm), which I received. The larger pellets take far more powerful flow to tumble, and have far less surface area to be effective. Now I have to find the smaller pellets from a seller I can trust to send me what they are advertising.To sum up: this is an excellent product, but the seller didn't send me this product, they sent me an inferior one.
