I ran out of the normal water conditioner I used, I so I went to my local Petco and found Bowl Buddies. I decided to give the product a try and took it home, followed all of the directions exactly as they were written, and placed my fish back into his bowl. I've had my betta, Achilles, for almost two years and he was always completely healthy. He was dead 24 hours later. I think it is safe to assume why I will not be purchasing Bowl Buddies anytime soon.
