I have a 150 lb dog who is having leakage issues while she is taking some steroid medication, so this was a must buy. The XX-Large size is somewhat of a tight fit, (it says for dogs up to 120 lb, but this was the largest size available), but I can still slide my fingers underneath the diaper and her belly without trouble, so I know it's not too tight. It also doesn't leave any marks on her skin after wearing it overnight, which was a concern of mine.

I am impressed with the quality of the fabric and durability of the diapers. They have soft cloth and seem to breath well. Since they come in a 2-pack I can alternate washing one while she wears one, which is incredibly convenient. They have been through 4 wash/dry cycles and are holding up great. There is also a lot of adjustment room in securing the velcro, so you can adjust the waist size for many dog types, (the XX-Large is for a waist 25-40 inches).

On a side note: if you are looking for diaper liners to go inside of these, I would buy adult (human) diaper liners from the store since they are cheaper, larger and have better absorbency than the dog brand pads I have bought in the past.

Overall, the value and quality you get here with a 2-pack can't be beat. I highly recommend.

I ordered the Cover-Ups for our elderly 70lb. Am Staff and use it with male guards made for humans. Love how well they hold up in the washing machine and are easy to put on and take off, but wish they stayed on a little better. He does well wearing his "diaper" during the day, since we pull it up every so often, but manages to wiggle out of it at night. While the package shows that XXL size fits dogs 90-120 lbs, after reading some of the reviews, I opted to order a XXL instead of XL for my 70 lbs dog and am glad I did. I do not have the package in front of me at the moment, but I believe it actually does suggest to order a size larger for male dogs.
