I can't get these locally and the only place that offered to order them for me was over twice the price! Once again, Amazon has the solution! The great part is that about once a week I take them out and rinse them under hot water in the sink and it prolongs their life. Water stays perfectly clear and healthy!

I do wish they sell these in bulk and at my local pet stores but there is no other complaint. Keep in mind that you use 2 filters at a time so you should stock up on these.

At first, I didn't think much of it. But, after using it, I was amazed at the amount of waste it can pick up. Here's a little bit of info on it. If you want to get extra time out of it. Wach it out in the sink and with a soft brush scrapt of the extra alga. I managed to get an extra two weeks out of it.
