Fluval 3/404-3/405 gasket

Fixed the problem. It"s a seal. that is what they are desiigned to do, but it is nice when they actually work.

Bought a used Fluval 304, which I love, but I figured since it was several years old I should replace the seal. I had also read reviews about the filter, and it sounded like the seal was something that should be replaced regularly. This item worked perfectly and the price was great.

My Fluval 405 'broke' months ago. I bought a new filter for my turtle tank that never worked as well. I decided to try and fix up the old one by replacing the gasket, and voila it works perfectly. My tank is crystal clear (difficult for a turtle tank) and looks great.

Its a gasket. It stopped the leak. Not much more to say about a rubber gasket. Just didnt expect to ever had to replace one in the first place. Easy simple and cheap to replace with Amazon.
