I bought this product because I wanted to make my son a SpongeBob terrarium (more low-maintenance than a pet fish). While most of the figurines look fine, the Sandy looks weird and unlike the actual character in the show. My other quibble is that the Gary figurine is the same size as SpongeBob. Otherwise, the set was fine and my kid really enjoys the terrarrium.

Did I say small? Yes, Spongebob is less than two inches tall. In our 46 gallen tank he is easily missed.

When I purchased this the product description said nothing about size. My error in not asking as I assumed for the price it would be somewhere around 3+ inches. Oh well, he's found a home in our tank and my twin two-year olds take pleasure in point him out.

I bought the bed for my Standard Poodle because she is showing some signs of age and stiffness. I put her new bed in the spot her old bed was and her old bed in a location near the new one just to see if she really liked the bed. She laid in the new bed as soon as it got out of the box. In the first week, she laid in her old one a couple of times, but now she sleeps, sits, chews her bone in the new bed every time she needs a spot to lay down. With her old bed, which was one of those cheaper beds with sides and about two inches thick, she hardly would use the bed except to look out the window. She is eight years old and still very active, but I decided to go ahead and buy this bed because she started limping more on her left front. She has always had occasional problems with the foot and usually overcame the problem on her own, but recently the problem has not gone away without the use of joint tablets. New Life Spectrum Cichlid Formula - 600g

To give an idea as to the size of this 600g jar it stands about 8" tall and its roundness is about that of a softball. I have 18 young mbunas at 23" and this jar should last about 6 months with some flake and vegetables in their diet. These pellets are tiny 1mm is quite small but even with my sand substrate I know enough to keep them from getting a handful at a time and it is gone before I see any disappear into the sand. It is really hard to judge the quality of fish food. I have been using this food now for about 6 weeks for my Lake Malawi Cichlids. I bought this on the recommendations of several in the cichlid forums and elsewhere.

The food seems good to me. My fish seem to really like it and are much more aggressive to get it than they were for the cichlid pellets that I used previously. The ingredients seem better to me and are probably healthier for my fish than what I was feeding. My previous food would cause some of my fish to sort of look like they had bloated bellies, and that has gone away with this food while still keeping the fish looking healthy. This product can be fed to large and small cichlids as they break up easily.

The price here on Amazon was really reasonable and it was a nice sized container (600g). It should last me a while and I have about 30 fish.

The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I was expecting (based upon comments from others) that the color of my fish would "pop" more with this food and that has not been the case. I would say that it did not make much difference at all in terms of the coloration of my fish. If there really was a change, I would say the coloration reduced, but I really do not see much difference if at all. My colorful males are still colorful. I hesitate even to say this because it is so hard to know what causes conditions in an aquarium. Overall I am happy with the purchase and will continue to use this product.

Just for reference, I have kept multiple aquariums for many years, but stopped for a few years as my kids were young and my time was limited. I am getting back into it recently, and getting sucked into the hobby again. It is fun. I will update if anything changes as I get more experience with this food.

I wasn't sure what I could expect but this item really works well. It's super powerful! I can make it follow the one from the outside to switch sides and you can really feel it pull. This filter is great, versatile baskets inside and super easy to keep clean without damaging the love bacteria inside. The only downfall is the pipe used... It's ribbed and therefore needs special connectors. If you want to add an inline reactor or a uv filter you either have to use different pipe or get your hands on there special connectors... I scrapped the pipe and when to a flexible tube with more versatility.

Fixed the problem. It"s a seal. that is what they are desiigned to do, but it is nice when they actually work.

My elderly Rottie loves this bed! It's easy for him to get into and out of and he seems less stiff when he gets up. He had his own human couch up until now. filtering out the hundreds of tiny bb's was easily done with a small magnet,

a replacement thermometer I picked up a a local pet co and it looks the same except it has rubber coating the bottom of the thermometer, must have become a Known issue

so I would recomend the rubber bottom coated one

Well, my son had to have one of these for his Crested Gecko terrarium when we saw it at Petsmart. I didn't have time to do any research on it, but I knew I could return it if we weren't happy. About 30 mins after opening it up and trying to set it up, I had just about given up on this thing! Like others have mentioned, the pump is too strong and it blows water over the edges resulting in leaks. If you don't fill it as high, it flows better but the pump makes too much racquet.

Well, I decided I was going to install a small valve to regulate the flow down and hopefully get this thing adjusted correctly. As I was about to start cutting the hose to allow for my valve to fit in I realized there was a slide tab on the end of the pump. It was marked with a "+" and a "-" symbol. Sliding the tab opens and closes a small gate in the pump which regulated the amount of water the pump pulls which in turn regulates the flow. After a few tries, I closed the tab 3 clicks from full open and now it flows perfectly!!! It's amazingly quiet and no water leaves the falls area except to return to the reservoir.

OK, after I got that situated, I figured I better perfect this thing by getting the feeding dish to align properly. In order to do that, I trimmed the 2 large tabs off of the bottom of it with a pair of tile snips (I'm sure a pair of wire cutters would work just as well). Then I lightly sanded the area that I trimmed just to remove any sharp edges. Now it fits like it should and it sits even instead of being cocked up at an angle. Not sure why the tabs are there because they really hinder it from installing properly.

All in all, I'm happy with the purchase. The instructions really should have been better then what is printed on the box, especially when it comes to adjusting the pump.

Don't be fooled by the design when comparing it to the small Exo-Terra waterfall. I bought this product around 2 weeks ago for my hermit crab tank. I chose this particular waterfall for the design instead of the Exo-Terra waterfall. I was very, VERY excited about receiving this and couldn't wait to set it up. This past 2 weeks have been a complete disaster concerning this waterfall. I absolutely HATE it! Despite going by the exact directions, it still leaked water and had be refilled multiple times a day which saturated the substrate. I usually ended up having to unplug it due to the leakage. I've done every possible thing to stop the water from leaking, but it still fails miserably. Usually within 15-20 minutes, the water is too low for the pump to work. There is no obvious water fill line and the ridge inside the reservoir that seems to be the fill line is much too low for the pump to work properly.

I assumed that the waterfall would be one complete piece, but instead it comes in 3 pieces. The actual design of the waterfall and reservoir is horrible. The waterfall itself doesn't even sit level on the reservoir and it in't clear how its supposed to fit. Also, the food dish doesn't fit properly at all. My large hermit crab can easily displace it and dump the food out. I've had to go as far as using a hot glue gun and securing the waterfall to the base, which I thought would fix the leakage of water. Also, due to the poor design, I had to use the hot glue gun to fill in low areas in the bottom pool which was leaking in multiple places. I've literally lost count of how many times I've had to remove it and attempt to fix the problem and that is NO exaggeration! At least the Exo-Terra waterfall is more practical by being in one whole piece.

This waterfall is nice the water sounds are great and the look and size of it is perfect but, The pump is to big and powerful for the base that holds the water. All the water that I put in the base was being pushed out so fast buy the pump it was leaking from the base and the sides of the waterfall.Also the base is to shallow for the pump so when the water leaked out the pump started makeing loud noises.The water leaked at a very fast rate which ended up soaking the subsrate completely, but the problem is very easily fixed my husband went to home depot and bought a plastic plant pot liner for 77 cents and put the waterfall on top of the liner instead of the base. The liner works because it is a lot deeper than the base of the waterfall so you dont have to fill the liner to the top so the pump doesnt throw any of the water out and the liner is deep enough for the pump itself. I myself ignored the other reviews on this but it really does leak water believe me! But for 77 extra cents the problem is easily corrected!

it has to be set up just right or it will leak and drain all the water out into your tank. be very careful because we woke up more than one night with it running dry because the water had ran out into the tank. once it is set up just perfect it works pretty good.

I love this brand and type of plant for my aquarium. Our local pet store only carries the small and medium, so when I found the large online I ordered immediatly. They are the best and I will continue to purchase this brand.

However, with in 2 hrs of having the plants in the tank our pleco became entangled in the grass like plant (it is made poorly and left with jagged edges) and cut up his fins very badly. The wider leaf plant is perfect though.

They were a little bigger than I had anticipated but can be cut down to proper size, which I'm fine with.

To me, they looked like they were supposed to be a neon green, which was what I was looking for. They turned out a typical green color.

The plastic ones come apart, the stone bases which cost ALOT more haven't held up either.. and are too big to keep hid. I think these are going to work. Like the smaller size for hiding. Works perfectly in my fluval edge. I found out that I really didn't need to replace the bulb however because the protective covering where the bulb plugs in had fallen off so when I pluged the bulb in I plugged it into the wrong place and that was what caused it not to work. So now I have extra for later but they work great.

ordered the green and they are not! they are a mix from black to almost reddish. there are only a few in a package and they are rather large for a small tank and should be called rocks not pebbles. however, i did keep them and they are working mixed with other items and make my 5 gal. tank look like a river bottom.

Mine came with about the same as the one in the picture. The larger ones are dark green and the smaller ones are light green. For all you people who want a lot in one package, this is not the product for you, unless you want to triple the quantity like I did. But don't turn away yet! There are just enough to cover the bubble tube for the biOrb! And of course the color is beautiful in water and they don't cloud it either.

When the packed arrived I thought I had accidently been sent the white stones. They are infact the green ones, the package said. Once I opened them and rinsed them off they looked slightly more green in water. I would say half the stones are white and half are green and white. Still not bad looking rocks for your fish tanks, just not what I expected.
