We have a problem with stubborn hair algea and this scraper worked great. We could scrub it and scrub it with the magnet kinds and it would get stuck in it and you'd do the same spot over and over again. This scraper knocked it out in no time. Extra long length makes it a breeze getting down the sides of tall 90 gallon. Will most likely buy a backup!
When they say 35", they mean it. Terrifically long, and able to easily scrape all of the glass on my 55 gallon without ever getting my hands wet. Truthfully, I think this might be overkill for a tank that's 24" high, but I'm very happy with this nonetheless. I have one of the short scrapers that uses the same blades, and although they do last a while, they are not permanent and you should expect to replace them every once so often (the edges tend to bend over time depending on how vigorously you scrape). Pretty happy with it.
