After multiple attempts by my persistant nightly visitors to drain my pond and leave my supreme mag-drive high and dry, this little pump has triumphed over these juvenile racoons and just keeps going until I add more water in the morning. I have had many fountain pumps over the years and this is by far my favorite. nina3305

The pump was just a bit different than the photo but it seems to be quite capable for my smaller pond. It's energy efficient, quite compact, and should last for years. I wish it had come with a cord longer than ten feet, however. The pre-filter is easy to clean and keeps out any debris that would impede the impeller. I like the fact that it is quiet and that I can purchase replacement parts if needed.
