excellent food, the fish devour it in seconds, but my advice is if you have large fish, buy the 3mm is best for adult cichlids.

i use NLS for all my fish. makes all the colors pop and keeps them looking super healthy. doenst cloud the water, as long as you dont over feed them. anything will cloud the water if it sits there for awhile. i feed them enough food so that its all eaten within 30s. I have a 210g south/central american tank, 70g african tank, 20g african fry tank. wont use anything else but NLS.

Does not stay afloat as long as I wanted it to and the pellet size is smaller than I though, but my cichlids loves them.
