I usually only review products when I'm blown away and this product prompted me to sit down and write this review. I established a 30 gallon freshwater aquarium and about two weeks after it was stocked with fish the water started to get quality. It was very annoying because the water was very clear previous to this. I knew that the aquarium was cycling and the cloudiness was natural but I didn't have the patience to wait it out. I came across the same video that a previous reviewer mentioned regarding the pet shop owner who was recommending Acurel and after reading customer reviews on Amazon and Petco's website with people who were raving about it, I decided to try it. I put the first dosage in last night and within 45 minutes you could see the results. It got much clearer but not as clear as it was before the cycle began. After some of the cloudiness returned today, I gave it a slightly larger dose and an hour later...that tank is CRYSTAL clear. I mean it looks like the fish are floating on air. The fact that this product does not affect water chemistry is amazing. I'm blown away by the results this product gets and I urge you to buy this right away if you are having water clarity problems in your fish tank. But DON'T forget to do your weekly 10-15% water changes to assist with the cycling process because this product does not lower ammonia or nitrate levels.

I have turtle tanks and turtles are FILTHY animals.....THERE IS NOTHING BETTER THAN THIS STUFF.....I could not have a clean tank without it. I put it in a cloudy dirty tank and within an hour.......crystal clear.....Give it a try and I can guarantee you will be a convert

I don't write product reviews. Ever. Until now. Acurel F Water Clarifier works. pros: price, medium sized air bubbles are produced, you can add (daisy chain) additional air stones, and for those with smaller air pumps, the pressure required is not too high.

cons: you must anchor this product somehow (rock on top, strategically placed, for example), because when you pump air into it, the whole thing wants to float.

I was looking for something that would create a bubble curtain . This is bright blue, and i have natural stones so it's REALLY visible. Add to that it only bubbles from one tiny section. What's the point of a long rectangle shape is only one dize size section will actually bubble? I could have just stuck a tiny bubble stone on the end of the hose for that effect.

I bought this stone because I thought it would be just that. A stone. I bought four of them for my outdoor pond, and only one of them sunk to the bottom. Well you might say I have too much air? Well I don't, the stone doesn't even put air out all the way though the stone, air flows out right away. As soon as the stone starts all the air leaks out. One of the stones did work fine. So for 3 of 4 stones, nothing work. One of the stones, worked just fine. If you need 1 working stone, buy 8. Not worth the puchase.

I linked 2 and my Tetra 40 gallon air pump couldn't make it bubble the full length, even after 2 weeks. I finally pulled one off.

Lee`s Aquarium Tank Divider 10gal

I bought this divider after my original (homemade) one broke and my two male bettas fought. My divider was made from those report cover binders much like what is in this product. The good thing about it though is that on the sides it is reinforced so the divider doesn't slip or have to be held up by gravel.

The screen that comes with this is really flimsy and not suitable for two male bettas, as it was clear and they could see each other well. I took the plastic canvas (purchased at a craft store) from my original divider and set it up with that instead. Works really well!

We had this product for less than a year before I noticed that fish were somehow breaching the screen. Further inspection revealed a huge gaping hole in the screen. When I removed the divider, the screen had tear marks and holes all over it, despite the fact that it had never been touched since being installed.

This item fits perfectly in my ten gallon tank. It completely prevents the big fish from hurting the babies. Previously, I had a little fish fry cage within the tank, but that restricted the area that the babies could swim in. I also couldn't see my pets well, as the cage obstructed my view. Now the small fish have plenty of room to swim around and grow, and I can watch and enjoy them.

This tank divider is comprised of 4 slotted strips of plastic, one plastic divider and 2 hooks. The dividers that go along the sides of the tank are more substantial than the ones that go across the top and bottom. The plastic divider is thin and flexible full of tiny holes to allow water circulation, and easily trimmed to fit your particular aquarium. My 10 gallon aquarium is a pretty standard rectangle, and this divider still needed a half inch trimmed off in order to fit correctly.

I am using this divider to separate two bettas. They can clearly see each other through it. But they are small fish and can't do much to get at each other. I could see where a larger fish could, were he so inclined, swim at the divider with enough force (and I don't think it would take too much force) to push it out of the slots and free himself. The photo on the box shows a larger fish. I believe that fish could easily overcome this barrier if it tried.

The hooks that are holding it at the top are the same weight as a heavy duty paper clip. My least favorite thing about his divider is that the clips extend over the edge of the aquarium in the front and back. In the back the clip exits the lid through the same hole as my tank filter. In the front, the lid no longer sits flush because there is a wire clip sticking out of the middle of the tank. That's pretty lame.

However, what it comes down to is that it is effective (for my fish), to stays upright and doesn't move or fall over, and so far shows no sign of failing (it's been only a week).

I love the toys from Kong but I only gave this one a 2 star review because the Details listed the item as being 6.8 inches x 1.3 inches x 3.8 inches. BUYER BEWARE, this item was not even close to that size, it was only approximately 2 inches x 3 inches at best. Very disappointed. I specifically chose this because of the size measurements listed in the items details so that my cat could also use his hind legs while playing with it but the actual size is too small for him to do that.

I was unable to use this item. Everything I scooped up went right back through. I purchased a small fish net that cost 88 cent that works wonderful! I did wash the scoop very well and gave it to my son to play in the sand, so it wasn't a complete loss!

this product wasn't that helpful for my crabs because the "stuff" that i scooped just went right through the holes and back in to the cage

This product is worthless. As everyone said, the smaller "stuff" just falls through. The scoop is fine for picking up pieces of food scattered around, but worthless for droppings. Think I'll try the fishnet that was suggested by another reviewer. In short, don't waste your money unless you have big crabs!

This scooper is awesome. It makes cleaning the hermit crab tank a lot easier. Granted, it's not perfect, any poop picker upper is not perfect whether you're talking about a dog scooper or a manure fork that you use to clean horse's stalls. Sometimes you'll miss a few items but you'll get it eventually if you just try again. I think that the scooper is a great tool and is perfectly made for hermit crab droppings. I recommend it for an easy way to clean up your crabitat!

I would scoop and my hermit crabs' poop would fall right through. This is crap. If you want something that actually works, get a fish net and use that to sift through all the nasty stuff in your terrarium. It's a bit more tedious and time consuming, but it does an exquisite job.
