Seems to be high quality. It is doing a good job heating my 120 reef tank. Connect it to a high quality controller.

It works good but has developed rust all around the outside of the tube. Im just wondering how long it will last with the corrosion building up on the outside.

These scissors are just what I wanted to trim up my aquatic plants. They are nice being SS that I don't have to worry about rust. They are very sharp and make a nice clean cut on the plants.

I was immediately impressed with the heft of these, I guess I expected them to feel thin and light. The work well for trimming plants that grow too tall, and are quite comfortable to use. I just wipe them off with a dry cloth after using and hang them from a hook in the cabinet under my aquarium. I've noticed no signs of spotting or corrosion on them so far, in the few months I've had them. Glad I bought these instead of a cheap pair that might not last.

I like the length of these, good for using with big , sticky plants. I was disappointed that the cutting part wasn't more delicate.

AquaTop Aquarium Heater Digital Dual Display- 100W

I purchased my heater through Amazon and loved how easy it was to set up. The temp settings were very accurate, at least in my experience. The problem with the heater is that it died suddenly and I cannot figure out why. When I plug it in, the display lights up for a few seconds then cuts off and no matter what I try, I cannot get it to function. I tried contacting AquaTop directly, but have yet to receive a response. This will be the last aquatop heater that I purchase.

I purchased this to keep a 10 gallon tank at exactly 73 degrees. It does. It is super easy to set (push the button and the digital temperature number goes up in increments of one). Both the temperature the heater is set to maintain, and the thermometer numbers are super easy to read.

I bought a submersible thermometer to double check this device...and numbers on each match.

This is everything I ever wanted in a heater!

I have 15 of these heaters from 100w to 300w. I have six aquariums with two of these heaters in each tank and one in each of the three water change buckets. The best feature is the dual display for reading the desired temperature versus actual. I also use glass thermometers to double check temperature. I like being able to see both of the heaters from across the room and check / compare temperatures.

Tips: Never rely on one heater for any aquarium. Figure out the total wattage and then buy two heaters where each one is about 60% of the required wattage. Stuff fails and this will help protect your fish from a heater that fails to heat or gets stuck on. This will also give you time to notice the problem and replace a failed heater.

Great idea, but after 6 months or so product fails. Bought 11 of them 3 went in the garbage-8 were sent back to aqua-top with no response yet. Read 90 deg start to flash and can not reset. Even if you unplug and plug back in.Stick with old school products!

The seller was Martha's Pet Place. I got this for my 6.5 pound Chihuahua. He previously had a small collar with a small black plastic buckle, which he outgrew. My dog tugs a lot when we go for walks (mostly at the start of the walk, since he is so excited). I did not want to buy a collar with a plastic buckle, because I know that water and sun will eventually weaken the plastic (and I don't want it to break accidentally). So, I went looking for a collar with a metal buckle, and they are not easy to find!

This collar is wonderful. It looks good, and fits great. The nylon part of the collar is 5/8" wide, about 2 mm thick, and rugged. The metal buckle is about 3/4" wide and 1.5" long (the length is measured from the tip of one end to the tip of the other end; it really doesn't look that big, because the nylon collar loops through each end; the visible part of the buckle is about 7/8"). The buckle catch mechanism works smoothly.

For my dog, I have the collar adjusted/tightened about 2/3's of the way (when I remove it from my dog and measure it as adjusted for my dog, it is 10.5 inches long); so, if I wanted to make it smaller, I still have 1/3 of the collar left (and if I wanted to make it larger, there is 2/3's left); so, there is plenty of room to adjust it in the future (making it smaller or larger). I attached his tags to the nylon part of the collar using a small key ring (I didn't want to attach it to the D-ring----left that for the leash only). The D-ring to attach the leash is metal, and the buckle used to adjust the collar is metal. There is one plastic part on the collar (a piece that helps take-up the slack; if it were to break, it would not matter). Very well done.

PS: I don't understand the collar dimensions given in the "product features" and "product details" of this Amazon listing. Since the collar is adjustable, it could be made to be much longer than 11 inches. The width of 1.5 inches just does not make sense to me.

Aquatic Life 72-Watt Light Aquarium Light, 48-Inch, White/Blue/Purple

First off, I should note that the unit I received from Amazon was broken. Both the internal and external packing looked fine, but when unboxed the light, three of the LED "sockets" on one of the ends were broken off the entire plastic housing for the LED was cracked off the base plate. The LEDs in question still worked, they were just pointed askew.

Secondly, I picked up this unit in hopes that I might have found a replacement for my Finnex Ray2 Aquarium Day/Actinic LED Light, 48-Inch which had a bad habit of shocking me. Unfortunately, this unit produced far less light than the Finnex. If you'll notice, this unit only has 72 LEDs and as far as I could tell, they weren't the high-output LEDs either (the Finnex has around 380 HO LEDs). The color blend it produced was nice, but simply wasn't strong enough. On the plus side, where the Finnex's light is pretty concentrated, the lens domes on the Aquatic Life unit did allow for full coverage of my 12" wide tank (ie: light hit everywhere). Also, while I'm not sure what exactly caused the LEDs to break on my unit, the aluminum housing felt like a tank. The glass shield did feel a bit flimsy like glass you'd fine in a picture frame. It was also a bit loose fitting and rattled when moving the unit around.

All-in-all, I'd call the unit "ok" it'd probably do well enough in a fish-only tank with additional spot lighting. However, I don't believe it puts out enough light to sustain coral growth.

There are only a few products on the market that both filter tap water and moisturize for betta fish. I've been using this now for three weeks and the tear marks on my betta are closing and you can see new skin beginning to generate. I can't imagine being without this product.

Update: My fish tried to make a break for it and jumped into the sink. He got a bit torn up during the retrieval process. I was really upset at the way he looked when I got him back into his bowl. FYI, I clean the water every week. After two weeks his tears were repaired. Now, after using this for two months he looks like a new fish. This stuff is truly amazing. I can't say enough great things about this product.

I could tell my betta was much happier once I started using this. I was using a sample of Zoo Med's water conditioner that came with his fish tank, and it didn't seem to be doing much. I switched to this once it came, and he started blowing bubble nests once I started putting it in the water!

However, it is a very small bottle, and goes fast, and if you keep buying new ones at $7 a bottle...it adds up. I have no complaints whatsoever about the product itself! I love it! But I switched to API stress coat conditioner, just because it's cheaper, comes in bigger bottles, and I use far less of it per gallon (1/2 mL of API per gallon vs. 5 mL of Aqueon per gallon.)

This is a good product. However, I have Amazon Prime so it was automatically sent to me via 2-day shipping which obviously involved air travel. When it arrived, the package was dripping fluid, as the top had burst due to the air pressure inside the plane and all the contents had leaked out. I returned the empty bottle and asked for a replacement, hoping it was just a fluke that all the liquid leaked out the first time. The replacement package arrived 2 days later with TWO bottles of the product, each one having leaked about half its fluid. I combined what was left into one bottle and was happy. But really Amazon, just ship it via UPS Ground next time.

When I first got my male betta, he had some pretty bad fin rot and was missing most of his lovely fins. If you are going for a brightly colored tank, this is a winner. I love how the weighted bottom makes cleaning the tank super easy. When you suction the bottom of the tank, you don't have to try to reanchor them when you are done. Make sure to suction them out too. They tend to gather "gunk" in them over time.

I put these in my 10 galon tank and I am so pleased. I wanted the tank to pop and this definitely did it!

24" Condensation Tray

I didn't realize at the time that I was getting 5 of these. For my purposes I would have rather had a thicker plastic, however for a condensation tray, they weren't overly fragile. I use these as lids for my aquariums and terrariums. When the water evaporates, it reforms on the tray and drips back down.

For the price, these are great LED's. Bought these for reef lighting.

They really are royal blue/460nm. Although they make things "glow"(like UV lights) more than any royal blue light I've had before.

First impressions: color is great, but I think these lights are hotter than other 20mm star LED's I've had before. I do have a heatsink on them, the average lifespan for these kind of LED's is 5ish years, I don't expect these to last that long, but if I get at least a year out of these, it will be worth the price. I'll update this in 6 months.
