Our 15 year old dog has really bad issues with his hips, and this product has made a great difference in his mobility. He still has issues, but he gets around better, and seems to be in less pain. I would definitely suggest anyone with a senior pet try this out if they have joint issuesit made quite a difference in our guy's life.

I have a dog Beagle/Terrier mix she weighs little over 20lb.

The direction on the back says to feed 1Tsp for her weight.

I mainly feed my dog dry food so following the direction on the back I had to mix the Pet Kelp with water. This product isn't a powder like so it doesn't mix well like corn starch; it is more like a grounded black pepper that is green so most of the stuff settles to the bottom. The smell of this product is little like seaweed.

when I gave my dog the mix, I noticed she didn't like the smell and try to flip the bowl with her nose.

I had a good laugh but trying to feed her this product was hard. Only way I can get her to eat was when I mixed it with peanut butter or mayo; some other mixture to cover the smell of this product. And their website says "Best of all, every pet we know LOVES the taste"

If you feed your dog canned food I guess it will be okay.

As for the helping on the joint and bone, I will update after month.

Fluval Shrimp Granules - 1.2 Ounces

As a serious hobbyist with multiple tanks for breeding RCS, CRS, OEBT, Blue Pearl, Snowball, Yellow, Wild Tiger, Malawa, and Dark Greens, I believe I am qualified to comment on this food. All my shrimps love this food and some of my shrimps are extremely picky.

The size of the food granules are just a bit larger than play sand. In fact, I have difficulty distinguishing this food in one of my tanks using "beige" pool sand as substrate. The granules do float around until pushed down by the filter or waterlogged after a minute or so. The shrimps will take immediate notice and jump on the food. The granules are light enough for each of the shrimps to grab and run without sharing with their family and friends. The granules also don't cloud water or "melt" like other pellets do.

I do question the value of the granules since the food is so tiny. While this is beneficial if you have just a few shrimps and don't want to overfeed the tank, but if you have more than 20 shrimps, then you'll want the larger pellets or wafers since those provide a more centralized location for feeding while also providing opportunity to fertilize eggs.

Strongly recommended if you have picky shrimps or have nano tank with a small shrimp community. Otherwise, alternates foods will provide better value over time.

It's shrimp food but my RCS love it. I am trying to breed RCS and was feeding them fish food, wafers, etc. Usually the food would sit and waste. Now that I am feeding them this stuff, they literally go and eat it right when I drop it in.

I used this product to feed four different types of ornamental shrimp and they all seem to crowd around and enjoy it during feeding time. I was previously using larger size pellets and there was large amounts of uneaten food. With these small granules I could easily gauge how much each shrimp tank would need depending on amount and size of shrimp. At around $100 a pop I am tired of replacing ballasts every year. No matter what I do, (even replaced the purple gasket around the crystal) water seeps into the ballast and shorts the ballast. It's a great business model for this company it seems.....since it sells replacement bulbs and ballasts every year. This year I enclosed the entire ballast in a 3 inch piece of PVC with end caps. I placed it above the water lever and made sure the inside power cables are not connected to the plastic ballast housing so that water does not seep into the black housing rather it will seep into the PVC housing I created. This product is engineered poorly for the customer but engineered perfectly for the manufacturer. If this continues I will simply scrap the product and look for something less frustrating.

Algae Cleaning Magnet

Bought this for my 10gal and 55gal glass tanks. It comes with interchangable pads for either glass or acrylic. Works well and doesn't scratch at all. Kinda freaks my fish out when I use it, but they only hide for a couple of minutes.

Works really good on my 75 gallon tank. Bit overkill maybe but it takes no time at all to clean the glass.

I use this for my turtle tank and it to be much more convenient then having to wipe the glass with a paper towel or scrubber sponge. It comes with a rough surface for glass or a soft surface for plastic tanks. Excellent choice.

works well on 1/4" glass but not suitable for anything thicker. No scratches (only have glass aquariums) cleans fantastically but wished that in the description it gave the recommended glass thickness.

It's a nice little filter, works well with low flow. I have it in a betta tank and it gets the water circulated without pushing the betta around. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because I wish there were more options for filter cartridges. Once a tank is cycled, you shouldn't remove or replace the filter media or you will cause the tank to cycle again, which can kill fish. This filter only has cartridges that have a teensy bio sponge, then a compartment for carbon, and another compartment for ammonia absorbing media. Once a tank is cycled, there's no need for carbon or ammonia absoribing media, and these two things stop working after a week or two and need to be replaced anyway. To solve this problem, I took some cut-to-fit filter floss and used fishing line to "sew" it into a pillow the same size as the cartridge, then stuffed it with bio beads and sewed it closed. It fits into the filter and doesn't obstruct the flow and I can use it for years with nothing more than a swish in a bucket of conditioned water.

I installed this filter yesterday afternoon in my 2 gallon betta tank with a brand new fish. This unit is easy to install, disassemble and clean. It is so small that it should fit easily in any size aquarium that has at least one flat side. It appears to be working great so far. It is powerful, but gentle and nearly silent. The bag used to collect tank gunk doesn't hold the finest materials, resulting in extremely cloudy water. I had to clean it by siphon after attempting to clean with the Battery Vac. Also, it's difficult to start. You have to slightly unscrew the battery chamber for the metal contacts to start the motor. Siphoning is far better and safer for the fish.

Not a very good product. Very low-powered item and does not effectively 'vacuum' anything from the tank.

I do not use gravel in my tank, I use rocks and shells. This did a good job of sucking up debris and capturing it in the bag to reduce the amount of rotting material in the tank. I did have to move the rocks around with the tube to get to the debris.

Cons: Plastic housing breaks easily, elecctrical contacts and crude switch do not work reliably (think, cheap flash light) is not intended to remove stale amonia rich water and actually distributes amonia throughout the tank.

In summary, picks up your fish's litter but brakes easily and does not have the 'water change' effect of a siphon. Battery lasts a long time. Intentianally week suction so as to not endanger fish.

I have used these before, years ago, on smaller tanks. Doesn't reach bottom of 50 gal tank to well, had to extend tube. But, worked just like I remembered, just fine.

The idea behind it is great. Whats not in the description is the fact you have to recharge it in the begining every couple days to couple weeks before you get to the once a month. The recharge requires you to take it our of your filter and soak it in aquarium salt water for a couple hrs. I find it easier to just add salt to my aquarium. I have one and will recharge it because of that but will not replace when its required.
