Mr. Aqua Hardwood Stand for 12-Inch Cube Aquarium

I bought this set up from craigslist because Amazon did not have this set up at the time.... It was never used and I am very impressesed with the stand and the aquarium if you get it from Mr. Aqua, I have different sized tanks from 125, 72 bow, 36 bow, two tens, and this little master piece. I have had it for a year and havent began the process of hooking it all up yet due to how much money I am wanting to use setting it up... Lilly pipes are a must and basically only work for an eheim, ADA soil, the perfect hardscape to do a Japanese traditional layout with nothing but HC; baby tears. All that is easy to figure out but I have always had a problem finding the perfect lighting for it with how high to put it to get the right PAR and then the light being a clean and crisp to not take away from the tank. Arrived rolled up, much larger than needed. Cut it to size without difficulty. It's bright yet not as bright when you put it behind the glass. Does the job, looks good, used scotch tape to secure the edges.

i love the design it looks great! but its not tall enough guess i should have measured my tank i need ot get another one plain blue to finish covering the top half ... but looks great i like it

Red Sea Coral Colors Abcd

The amount of testing you have to do week after week is very tedious with this product. I have not seen any difference in the colors of my corals after a month of using it. The tests really kill me though, especially the potassium one becuause it takes sooo long and it's so difficult to read the colors. Overall, I'd say just keep up with the water changes, use premium salt and a good part A & B and you'll be good.

It didn't last long with my dogs but then again nothing lasts too long with them. I have hard nyla-bones that don't even hold up to their chewing. I would recommend the ropes because my dogs love them.

The product photographs show 3 in assorted colors, the "also bought together" offer shows 3 in assorted colors, and the description specifically says "ships in 3 assorted colors". Dunno, seems a reasonable conclusion they'd be 3 to a pack. Nope, what you'll get is one. It's not a bad quality toy dog, and if the price were really for 3 they would be a decent value. But 6+ bucks for one of these is way too steep. To add insult to injury the advertisements from external sites have this same toy listed as 1.49 each. Ouch. Guess I should have been more careful. I've told the dog he needs to take very good care of this new really expensive chew toy, but I doubt he'll listen.

Installment was simple and easy. However, due to my insufficient amount of gravel the anchor bubbler would float to the top after a week, which was expected since material is similar to foam. Thus, I set in rocks that sits perfectly into the anchors. I have two rocks per anchor and it now holds it in place perfectly and haven't budge since 1st improvement.

My pleco digs this bubble wand up. It's irritating and fairly difficult to anchor the "feet". I get one side down with enough gravel and the other side pulls out of the gravel. I have to use 2 hands to secure in the gravel and then my front gets wet.

Aquarium Wood - Large

I read the only other review of this item about white fuzz growing on the wood, and thought, ehhh, how bad can it be? I soaked this wood for 3 days to get it to sink, still had to tie it to a rock. After 24 hours in my aquarium, I started to get the aforementioned white fuzz. It then grew into full on slime balls on the cut ends and a thick blanket of fuzzy goo all over the wood, especially in all indentions. I pulled it out, boiled it in a large pot for over 30 minutes. I thought, surely this will kill the white fuzz. As soon as i put it back in the aquarium, now it started to leach tannins...and the fuzz came back within 48 hours. So now I have yellow water and white fuzz. I gave up on this product and pulled it out of my tank. Now I have an algae bloom to treat. Finally, after 20+ days, this "hairy" ordeal is over, and so is my use for this product.

I ordered this piece of aquarium wood, having not seen it. That was a little hard to go for, but i did and now it looks awesome in my 40 tall. When it got here it had a little piece of one of the branches broken off but i couldn't find which one. Probably should have been packaged with peanuts not those big bags of air. Also, when I stuck this thing in my tank it floated and a few days later it started to grow some white fuzz. But I purchased some cycling fish a that i didn't care about and they ate it off. This piece of wood was wierd because it didn't produce any tanis, but hey I'm not complaining. All in all this would have been a 5 rating if i just would have had a little heads up about the fuzz. But now that I know what I'm instore for I'm probably going to get more.

Como 10" High Artificial Water Lily Lotus Aquarium Plastic Plant Ornament Yellow

It looks pretty in the aquarium, but it was falling apart as I was taking it out of the package, and two of the flowers just would not stay reattached in the water. I finally just took them out.

Love this plant. It is larger and much better looking than in the photo. Placed it in the foreground center of my tank. I like this much more than I thought I would. This comes directly from china so there is a little wait. You will not be disappointed.

I was shipped a different item without my knowledge or approval so I am sending them back. What I received were ATI thermometers that are shorter with bright orange numbers and outlines. The temperature colors are next to the bright orange numbers as opposed to the numbers and colors being together as in the photo. I don't want bright orange numbers that stick out like a sore thumb so back they go. Since I did not use them I'm grading them at 3 stars based on the fact that they are bright orange and not discrete. People should be looking at my fish not bright orange thermometers. For some reason I there is no longer an option to upload my own pictures to show what I mean.

The application of the thermometer is simple just peel and stick. If you make a mistake and decide to move it, it does exactly what it's advertised to do, it easily peels off and sticks back on somewhere else.

The only real issue I have about this particular thermometer is that every time I do a water change (whether it's 25% or 100% change) the thermometer stops working for hours. So for a few hours I have to determine the water temp by using my finger, which we all know is the worst way to determine actual temperatures.

Also, I needed to move the thermometer once and doing it was simple but for some reason, one of the corners refuses to stick again.

I plan to buy a floating thermometer since I think those are better and more accurate and more than likely won't stop working every time I change the water.

For the price, though, this ATI thermometer is decent. I just wouldn't rely on it for permanent use. This is good if you're on a tight budget or if you just bought a new aquarium and aren't sure if you'll have room for a floating thermometer yet.

We got this cute little bubbler after seeing the video review. He is such a cute feature in our 12-gallon fluval edge aquarium, and our two boys (5 and 3) love it. He bends (at his leg joints) up and down as the bubbles escape his jaws. His little arms also move with the current as he bobs. Between the traditional sunken pirate treasure chest bubbler and this dinosaur, I just couldn't resist the dinosaur. He's unique and fun. You will need to supply your own air pump and tubing. As other reviewers have pointed out, you will likely need a regulator (an adjustable valve) if you want to have some control over how frequently he bobs up and down. The platform is a bit hard to keep concealed by the aquarium pebbles, especially if the air flow is too strong causing him to shift as he blows bubbles. But if you've regulated the flow to create a slow bob up and down, there's no shifting. For our little tank, home to a few tetras, it's just the right amount of movement and activity, and the right size feature.

We were really stoked to get this adorable Trex, unfortunately it was a huge let down because after a couple of weeks the air was leaking out of his arms so the head did not fill and release. So we would cut the airflow then he would start working again. But after only a couple of hours he would drop and not refill. They need to seal the arms and have them move from an outside part, the holes that the arms are plugged into are what is leaking the air. It was also sort of a pain to have to buy an air pump for this guy, it does not come with one.

Aquatic Fundamentals 10/20 Gallon Aquarium Stand with Storage

Let me start by saying 20 gallons is in fact the limit on the stand, not 24 or 23 or 29 but 20. This is fine though because that's what is says. OK so why the three stars? The design of this stand is not so good. I have two gripes with it. First is those poles you see in the pic do not go all the way through the shelf to the base. What you see in the pic is it, so basically all the weight is on the two side pieces on the bottom. What happens is over time it causes the middle shelf to bow. This then causes the doors to not close or not open depends on your use.The second thing is if you get this thing wet and it sits for any kind of time (like 5 mins when doing a water change)it ruins the finish, it starts to blister. This is stupid seeing as it's purpose is to hold a box of water basically. So if you get any of it wet clean it up ASAP.

I just put the stand together. I had no experience with material handiwork, so using the screwdrivers to screw together the heavy panels was quite an effort and took two hours. However, the parts seem sturdy and long-lasting and the stand is nice-looking. I just put an 8 gallon tank on it and it is holding up.

The only thing is that the stand comes with an allan wrench, but you also need a Phillips head screwdriver, which is not included. Getting the door panels on was a little tricky at first, because you have to put one hinge of each door in before you screw on the other hinge. It's not hard to figure out, but two people would do it easier than one.
