These are definitely more of a treat than a chew. Since it had some rawhide, we weren't sure how long they would last, but the answer is not long. Our lab can demolish one in seconds. She really likes them though and they have been great to break in half and stick in a Kong.

Como 13" Height Ceramic Base Manmade Plant Green Grass Ornament for Aquarium

The plant is nice and full, providing lots of cover for fish or fry. It's a little big for a 10 gallon, but looks great in my 20 (see picture). The plastic is a little thin but so is real grass, and the grey ceramic base is nice and heavy, staying put until you move it. Over all I'm pleased, and will probably order another for a different tank.

I personally did not like this plant. First of all it is silk and did NOT know that. I dont think it mentioned that.

Also it does not look real. It looks better in a photo then in person. THe leaves are nice and it has fake water drops on it

and that is pretty. But I am sure someone will like it even though I did not.

Ammonia Detox

So far its working just like it said. You need to buy a testing kit and test it before and after but it did work.

Good product. I use this because I have a couple of goldfish with my tropical just to clean the tank. Helps with the ammonia a lot.

Well I read and followed the directions carefully. I did a water change and added a cap ful of the detox. Little did I know it would affect the pH level of my tank but i figured it was worth the shot because my cichlids were spazzing out. The test strips showed the rate of ammonia was harmful. After abuot 2 weeks i did a test and it now says caution instead of harmful, but the fish still spazz out, twitching uncontrollably..im worried but i dont know if i should add more of the solution to my water and kill my pH level.

The product simple works! It has kept my Ryukins alive for almost six months now since buying them. They both live in a 10 gallon tank which I clean and change the water every 3 weeks. I usually take water straight from the tap, add Ammonia Detox, then put the fishes in right after. No dead fishes yet!

This product does what it says, but I don't think that it is as effective as some other products. I prefer Ammonia Clear by Jungle but it is a bit more expensive per dose.

Marina Power Filter

This filter came in an aquarium set that I purchased recently. It is an awesome filter. Very quiet, very thin! The impeller motor is inside the tank so it takes up less behind the wall space. It is by no means bulky in the tank though! There is an adjustable flow to regulate the amount of current it produces, and also there is a coarse sponge on the intake which is nice for preventing fry from being sucked into the filter. I also like the choice of carbon and ammonia reducing chips for the inserts. It is extremely easy to assemble this filter. All in all worth every penny!

I've had this filter for about a month, and my fish seem to be doing much better with the dispersed flow. Unlike other filters, the flow from the Marina S10 seems to diffuse across the slide. This creates less current and less stress on the fish. As a bonus, I can turn down the flow level during feeding times so all the food doesn't shoot across the top of the aquarium.

The fish in my 10 gallon tank did not appreciate the heavy current created by my old Tetra Whisper filter. Sure, the Whisper did an excellent job filtering waste, but it also stressed out the fish. This filter does as good a job filtering waste and eliminating ammonia, and doesn't stress the fish!

I'm giving this filter 5 stars because it is best-in-class for 10-gallon tanks. No other filters provide as sleek a look; no other filters come with a built-in flow regulator (that I can find....), and no other filters have as peaceful a current for my fish, frog, and shrimp.

I've had this filter 4 months, and really like it. My tank is viewable from both sides, so the streamlined shape is great hanging on the end. The width (7 in) might not be so great if you are hanging it on the back without a background.

The filter is silent. Not quiet, silent. I have to check for ripples to know if it's on. It comes with an intake sponge, so you don't have to buy one if you have shrimp or fry. The size of the motor and intake (with sponge) inside the tank is about equal to a PennPlax SmallWorld filter I had for a while. I don't think it takes up too much tank space.

It's like a cross between an external HOB and an internal filter. The motor is on the intake and the media is outside. The motor is submerged, so does not have to be primed each time you unplug it. The downside is that it's an electrical motor with wire going into the water, so you should unplug it before you stick your hand in the tank, when you clean etc. The submerged motor means the hang-on-back part is all one piece of plastic, no washers or connections to leak.

Media being on the outside of the tank is easy to replace. I don't use the inserts because I don't want to have carbon in the filter all the time. AquaClear 20 media bags fit easily in the sections. I've used BioMax and carbon, and now have 2 BioMax bags in one section and a cut to size filter pad in the other. Purigen 100 mL fits (barely) but slows the flow.

I believe it's a 55gph filter, which is plenty for my 5.5 gallon. I like that the flow is adjustable. It does not have a lot of surface agitation -I get some protein scum even with it on full. Still, I think it's a great filter and the flexiblity appeals to me. I'd buy it again gladly.

I bought this to replace my Tetra Whisper, which was beginning to whisper rather loudly. Assembly was a little complicated, but maybe I wouldn't have thought so if I hadn't felt hurried because my Tetra had crapped out soon after the Marina S10 arrived.I'm very happy with this, and my only complaint is one I read elsewhere, that the plastic lid rattles and makes a buzzing noise. I simply removed don't use the lid, and the only noise I hear is the gentle flow of the filtered water back into the tank. It does seem to aerate the water much more than the Tetra did as well. Overall, very pleased. A good value.

One more thing: This unit takes two filters, and it shipped with two, but one is designed for goldfish ("Bio Clear") and the other for tripical fish ("Bio Carb "). I was glad I ordered extra ones for goldfish so I could place two of those in from the start. I think it would be better if Marina gave you the choice at point of purchase or include two of each.

The ship is much smaller than i expcected. The picture mislead me to believe that my fish could travel through the window and perhaps explore the tiny vessel. Other than that, its a very cute and detail piece of merchandise.

API Marine Flake

My fish eat this stuff but do not love it as much as other dry foods. I like it because it rarely gets below the surface level and when my power heads blow it around it floats in the water column for corals to catch it. They seem to take to it as well.

Not bad. The pearl color is a beautiful addition to the aquarium. The material is soft, ideal for a the delicate fins of a beta fish. Recommended.

These are pretty, and a nice product, but all three I ordered were only 7 inches, rather than the 8 inches per the product description. (Unfortunately this is slightly too short for what I needed.) I'm going to order the 12 inch similar product and will hope that it, too, is shorter than described, or else I'll cut it to the needed height.

AquaClear 20 Foam

These must do some good since every time I take it out, it is full of goop. I can usually do a rinse out for one time but the next time I replace it. I like buying the three pack since it is less expensive and more convenient to have a couple extra on hand when I'm doing a water change. This single pack doesn't seem worth it since the three pack runs about $5.

I like the Aqua Clear filter overall and think that for a smaller filter, they've done a good job in creating the best environment for keeping your fish healthy and your tank clean.

I just got a bigger aquarium for my betta, it's long (so he has lots of room to swim back and forth) but narrow. This ornament is the perfect size for a narrow tank! He loves to swim in through the back or eye and peer out of the teeth. It makes him feel safe and enclosed but I can still see in. It also looks really, really neat...a t-rex skull; how cool is that? Add in the fact that it's offered at such a great price made this a must have for my tank.

Very nice product for a reasonable price. Good little foreground accent piece in larger tanks. My cherry barbs and especially my loache love it and swim though the head all the time. The loache can often be seen peeking his head out the mouth of the skull. Good detail and shading, pictures don't really do it justice. Looks great in the tank under the T-5 lights. It is nice to find a piece that the tank residents like as much as you do...nothing is as disappointing as putting in a new decoration that you think is really cool and they refuse to use it!

I dont speak fish, but my fish swim in it. Its about the size of a computer mouse. the t rex skull is easy to instal into any tank you own or plan to buy. It is exactly as seen in the picture.

At first i wasn't sure about it, the size and the edges, but thought, it isn't too expensive, I'll try it. it's perfect! The edges are nearly sharp enough to bother my boys fins, and the size is perfect. It's his favorite little hidey, and when he's in there, it's so well hiden, you can't see him until he comes out to see what you want. Definately recommend it to people with small fish.

I went online and to different stores and this was definitely the best one that i could find, I love the design and it looks pretty good in my aquarium.

When I got this bubbler I did what other reviewers said and soaked it in bleach and water for 2 hours, hooked it up and it bubbled very well, good size bubbles across the whole length of the bubbler. I anchored it well with an old door piece of iron and used trash bag ties to tie it. If the iron causes problems I will change it, but for now it is doing great. I couldn't ask for more. I would not hesitate to buy again!

I was apprehensive about buying any bubbler stone at all, since the web is full of bad reviews for such items. This one worked like a charm. It stays at the bottom of the tank, and has bubbles across most of its width. It was very helpful that I bought an air pump with an adjustable output, as it allowed me to customize the amount of bubbles to my liking. I had not bought a check valve for the air line, and I'll have to buy one next. I was surprised to see that when I shut off the air pump, water moves up the air line by itself, which I would guess would be by capillary force.

Crabitat Hermit Crab Sand Color: Glow

I was so disappointed when i got this sand and it didn't glow in the dark. I thought that the package saying "glow" that it was phosphorescent, but it is not. This product does not glow at all...it does have that yellow "glow" color of a dead glow stick though, lol..it just doesn't glow in the dark =(((( super disappointed about it
