Lazer Brite Reflective Dog Collar, 18-26-Inches, Skull and Cross Bones

Lazer Brite Reflective Dog Collar, 18-26-Inches, Skull and Cross BonesPhotos don't do the reflective qualities of this collar justice. It glows blindingly bright at night. I can spot my dog at 30 yards away with just the porch light. I was so happy with the dog collar, I bought a small matching collar for the cat. I would have giving it four stars if it had been available in a Martingale (limited slip) collar which I prefer for my tricky Catahoula.

Good buy. Very bright reflective material and easy to snap buckle. Great safety collar. Purchased the leash, too. And.... Manufactured: USA.

Alright so I originally had placed this order for my dog because our cat has the same collar and well we wanted them to match. I placed the order on October 28, 2012 it was stated to have been shipped on 11/01/2012. Which is fine the only thing I was really irritated about was that I wasn't provided a tracking number after placing the order especially when it said the estimated delivery time was from 11/02-11/20. So I had to contact the seller in order to get a tracking number after about 6 days had passed and I still hadn't received my package. It did finally arrive on 11/13. Aside from this we really do love the collar. Our dog is a black and white lab mix and the collar makes it very easy to see her at night. We can take comfort that if the animals do somehow get out with these collars they would be easy to spot.

Want Lazer Brite Reflective Dog Collar, 18-26-Inches, Skull and Cross Bones Discount?

My dog has a 17" neck, so I ordered the 18-26" collar since they say you are supposed to add 2" to the measurement. It's really too big, even when tightened almost all the way. Thankfully she is not a puller but if she were, she would be able to back out of this thing easily.

I also wish there were another D-ring to hang her tags upon.

That being said, it's a nice sturdy collar, with a durable quick-release latch, and it is definitely reflective (as in you'd better remove it to take a picture of your dog!).

I can't say much about it from a dog's point of view, but mine seems to be quite attached to it since she gets all shy and mopey when we take it off of her!

Aqua Clear 70 (300) BioMax F/A615 Media x 6pk

Aqua Clear 70 BioMax F/A615 Media x 6pkIn the Aqua Clear system, the biomax media is the last line of defense as it encourages good bacteria to breed in your tank. While you can buy this bacteria for your tank, frequent water changes that tanks need can sometimes flush these good bacteria out. Well these little babies just love that bacteria. It even suggests that you just rinse them every other monthly filter change and discard them after 60 days of use.

Seachem Focus 5gram

Seachem Focus 5gramEDIT: Amazon fixed the description Matrix works fed my fish with an eye infection and it healed quickly without having to deal with killing the beneficial bacteria of the tank.

The vendor or Amazon has incorrectly used metadata to identify it as Metronidazole. The packaging Seachem uses for Focus and Metronidazole are the same. Do NOT purchase it unless you want FOCUS.

this stuff is a polymer dust that you are supposed to mix with medications and food.

you then are supposed to add water and stir it up.

you put the results in a tank and it quickly sinks and makes a mess.

the seachem people said in the forums that what i just said is expected.

i'm not so sure my fish are eating this slurry i am putting in the tank.

i would rather use maracyn II and treat in a hospital tank

This is good for Protozoa infections as well as other creepy crawlers , mix with food and follow directions. You should purge the parasites within a short time..just be more careful next time....

Aquarium Gravel Cleaner Syphon Siphon Vacuum Fish Tank

Aquarium Gravel Cleaner Syphon Siphon Vacuum Fish TankI bought this because I wanted to clean my little 10 gallon aquarium. I've used it twice now, and while it added water very well, I did not find it at all satisfactory in siphoning out to clean the gravel. And by the way, I am an experienced aquarium owner. Since the main thing I wanted it for was cleaning, it was a disappointment to me. Hence, 2 stars.

Tetra Usa ATS77878 Whisper Repair Kit for 60 and 100 Air Pump

Tetra Usa ATS77878 Whisper Repair Kit for 60 and 100 Air PumpThe repair parts were exactly what I needed. Quick shipment helped me get my air pump working in no time.

Eventually, if you take care of your aquariums & fish, you'll have to either rebuild or replace the all important air pumps. Replacing them can get expensive when dealing with the higher capacity pumps used on the 50 to 100 gallon tanks. Fortunately, if you chose to use the Tetra dome style air pumps, there are these excellent kits Tetra sells for rebuilding their pumps.

The rebuilding process is not complicated. If you can tell which end of a small phillips/cross point screwdriver fits your hand then you can probably handle this task easily in a few minutes. After un-plugging the power and disconnecting the air hoses, simply unscrew the four case screws recessed into the base of the pump. Gently separate the top from the base. Pull out the old parts. They're pressed into place and will slide out with gentle tugging. Pay attention to the relative arrangement of the openings on the back plates of the old assemblies: the new assemblies will need to be oriented tha same way. Carefully slide in the new assemblies while being careful with the O-rings to ensure they seat in their grooves correctly.

The kits come with a new air filter pad, and I highly recommend replacing the old one at this time. Simply pull out the old one installed in the bottom of the pump housing and press in the new one that came in the kit.

Reassemble the top & bottom housing halves, attach the air hoses and plug the power back in. You now should have essentially a new pump thanks to these high quality little kits, and you will have realized a considerable savings compared to replacing the pumps with new units.

Bought a Tetra Whisper air pump 100 and with in 6 months the diaphragms tore and needed to be replaced. No pet shop carried the replacement parts for it so I had to buy a second one. Well long behold the second pumps diaphragms tore also. Not only is finding the diaphragms in a store around your home impossible but you can't just buy the rubber diaphragm. So instead of the part costing $3 $4 it will now cost at least $10 $13 because you have to buy the whole arm that goes with it! I will never buy another Whisper air pump again!

Aqueon Evolve 2 LED Aquarium Kit, 2 gallons

Aqueon Evolve 2 LED Aquarium Kit, 2 gallonsI own the 2 gallon model of this aquarium which comes (as of this review) in 2, 4 and 8 gallon models. I can only speak towards the 2 gallon version, though it seems reasonable to expect that all three equally share the same pros and cons.

Overall this is a nice tank. Complete with power filter, LED lighting with daylight and moonlight modes and lids (one for the back filter section and one for the overall front aquarium section).

THE LED LIGHT

Is pretty nice. The daylight mode is very bright, impressively so. It shows every ripple of water producing that often sought after dancing affect. Even the moonlight mode is bright enough to produce this affect, yet not so bright as to be mistaken for anything but moonlighting.

THE FILTER

I personally do not like cartridge filtration that I must replace often. Instead I put a small bag of "bio-max" (the AquaClear 20 version) in the filter section with two sponges (also AquaClear 20 version) for the filtration. It does come with a nano sized version of the standard Aqueon filter cartridge, which works really well, I just prefer the former setup. The filter area also has plenty of room for a nano aquarium heater to be put out of sight! Big plus, IMHO, as heaters tend to be an eye-sore, especially in such a small tank as this one (2 gallons).

The pump on mine was not attached to the output nozzle new from the box. The easiest way to get the pump up and out to attach everything correctly will be by pulling on the power cord. Please note that the bottom of the pump has suction cups, and when you put it back down in, it will stick. Sometimes when pulling it back out the suction cups will come off. A very small fish net will easily fish them out, and they are easy to snap back on the pump itself. The pump has a good bit of power for such a small tank as this (2 gallons), but I discovered that the pump is adjustable! There is a circular slider on the side of the pump which will cut the flow down greatly, perfect for a Betta. I've got mine set to the most minimum output.

THE AQUARIUM

Is nicely done, elegant and light-weight. The aquarium is acrylic so one must use all the same cautions and maintenance as any other acrylic aquarium.

THE LIDS

Now this is where I wonder what they were thinking. The lids just don't seem to fit right. They DO fit, and work, but they just aren't right. They are a little too wide and don't seem to be deep enough. I'll try and upload pictures. Nevertheless, they are not cheap feeling. I don't think I'm being picky here, they just need minor adjustments to be perfect. This is not a deal breaker though, and I think most people won't even use the main front lid, but the back only.

I hope that this review is helpful, and I would highly recommend this tank.

===========================

UPDATE

After having this tank for a while now, I did decide, since my original review above, to perform a modification to the flow as I now believe the flow is a little strong for a betta. I simply drilled holes in the small tube that runs from the pump to the outlet, thereby decreasing the water flow a good bit more, and my betta seem happier. He did alright before, but with the reduced flow he is out and about more. I put a good bit of holes in the tube to really reduce the flow for the better. If your betta seems bothered by the flow, then drill the holes! I didn't even use a drill, just a drill bit in a screwdriver by hand, easy. Be sure to wash the tube to remove small particles before putting it back in the tank.

I bought this tank a little over a month ago from the Petco I actually work at. A co-worker of mine told me she was going to setup a SW pico-tank and I told her she was crazy. Well, she quickly convinced me to do the same. Let me tell you, I have no regrets.

I examined all the different size tanks before my purchase and found that all three sizes had the same size lighting arrangements. Wanting to keep corals, I knew I wanted the most wattage per gallon. The tank's actual volume appears to be only 1.7 gallons and, as mentioned in other reviews, the flow is quite strong even at the pump's lowest setting. Because it's so small, working in it can be difficult. Arranging my live rock was a chore ensuring not to scratch the acrylic. I feel the tank design could easily be achieved with glass as well. Filtration is adequate and flexible. I placed some biological media in the bottom of the reservoir in addition to the cartridge designed for the tank. Back to the LED lighting, it has kept my Duncan, Zoanth, and Ricordea in great shape and the blue moonlights really bring out their fluorescence. The lid could fit a little better but it works; though, water evaporates from this thing like crazy. They sell a heater marketed for this aquarium separately but any small, low wattage heater will suffice.

In summary, this is a great package. Somewhat on the level of a very small bio-cube, it has everything needed to sustain a quaint little ecosystem.

Buy Aqueon Evolve 2 LED Aquarium Kit, 2 gallons Now

I bought the aqueon evolve 2 because the guy at the pet store recommended it and I liked that it had a filter and a cool design. The problem was, I was going to put a twin tail halfmoon betta in there and the filter was waaaay too strong, even after I lowered the power. It pulled the beta straight to the intake and I was worried it was going to shred his poor fins, not to mention the strength of the current totally freaked him out (they like their water fairly still). I later discovered this is a problem most people have had to deal with with this model. My solution was to put a piece of filter insert foam between the intake and the charcoal filter and then disengage the tubing and the spout from the pump. This lowered the pressure of the current by diffusing the water and is keeping my betta from shredded. I was disappointed that a $60 tank (regular price) needed to be modified to keep my fish happy, but fortunately all it took was only about $3.00 in modifications and a little ingenuity. Hope this helps anyone else in this situation.

For perspective: I have significant experience with both fresh and salt water aquariums, worked in a pet store specializing in fish for 2 years, and primarily focus on pico and nano tanks. I had been out of fish keeping for several years because of travel, and decided to get back in with a small betta tank, and bought the Aqueon 2 gallon for my office.

I turned the tank into a planted tank for my betta with dwarf hair grass, java moss, dwarf baby tears, etc. The supplied light isn't sufficient for this, but will grow some low light plants. There are plenty of quality replacement lights for this size for sale on ebay or other electronic sellers.

The tank's dimensions are fair for what it is, and it is a pretty design, provided the acrylic does not get scratched. The main problem, however, is the assembly of the rear/filter portion of the structure.

Behind the black wall in back of the tank is the filter section. Prior to purchasing the tank, I expected this to be a typical overflow setup, with two chambers, one for intake, one for the return and pump. However, the Aqueon has a third, and poorly thought out, area. Essentially the typical two chamber system is truncated on the intake side. It is only deep enough to fit the given filter pads, and then flows directly to the return side where the pump is located. Below that area in the tank is a large empty space containing...nothing. There is a small fill hole between this section and the rest of the tank, which I primarily found to be a good way to get small detrius bypassing the filter and being sucked into the pump. This large area, which takes up almost half of the rear of the tank, is empty and has very little water flow. As a result, it is primarily dead water and the perfect location for anerobic conditions that are detrimental to a tank. For two months I struggled with this tank to keep ammonia levels low. They were consistently in the 2.0 PPM area, despite me doing regular water changes, having one fish and two snails in the tank, and sufficient plants that no filtration should really have been necessary at all. The tiny bioload in conjunction with everything else leads me to believe that this area of dead space was at least partially to blame for the problems I had. I eventually gave up on the tank and changed to this tank: Fluval Spec V Aquarium Kit. The change has been dramatic. I literally just moved everything from the Aqueon to the Fluval: bilogical media, wood, plants, fish, etc. I added some shrimp and five dwarf cory cats. Since swapping tanks, I have had no ammonia spikes, and everything in the tank is clearly happier. While I cannot say for certain that the design of the tank was the cause of my problems, I find it likely at this point. I find it ridiculous that a fair sized portion of the tank is used neither for filtration or for giving the tank inhabitants extra real estate. Fluval's design is much simpler and better, in my opinion.

I have a crown tail betta that I attempted to put in this tank, but even with the pump on the lowest setting, it was much too powerful for his large fin structure. I came up with various methods to reduce the flow, none of them satisfactory, but since I have learned of the "two little fish" ball valve. Amazon sells this. If you have a betta of any kind with this tank, I would recommend purchasing that valve. It's something I wish these small tank manufacturers would include anyway, given the prediliction to use these tanks primarily for bettas, but as it is, at least there is a solution somewhere. I don't think this tank is really big enough for much beyond bettas, oto cats, and a few other fish that stay small and don't move much. My betta was certainly active enough in it to show his personality, and was constantly searching it. Providing lots of terrain to explore (logs, etc) is key.

So all of that said, what do I think this tank is best for? I think it would be a great little shrimp tank, if kept basic, or a pico reef. Possibly in either situation the pull from the pump (on its highest setting) would disturb the water enough in the wasted area to make that a non-issue. Of course, you'll need better lighting for a pico reef, but information on such tanks is available widely online and that kind of tank is best left to having some more experience with salt water, if you haven't done so.

Want Aqueon Evolve 2 LED Aquarium Kit, 2 gallons Discount?

Just got off the phone with Aqueon customer service. They were very helpful. I was told that the first generation of the Evolve 2 tanks were packaged with a pump that indeed is too large for that size tank. (this implies that Aqueon has corrected the mistake for the newer generation of Evolve 2 tanks so hopefully consumers won't be having this problem much longer). In any event, as soon as I mentioned that my fish were getting sucked up into the filter intake, she confirmed that indeed the pump is too strong and immediately offered to send me a replacement pump which will be better suited for the 2 gallon tank.

For anyone who has this tank and is having problems with the pump being too strong, call customer service and give them an opportunity to make it right. Their number is 1-800-255-4527. I did not have to furnish receipts, or read UPC numbers off a box (thank goodness b/c I've already thrown it away) .... just told them I have an Evolve 2 tank and that's all they needed to know. Hopefully when my new pump arrives in a few days my last remaining guppy will be much happier.

All Glass Aquarium AAG29251 Overflow Accessory New Kit

All Glass Aquarium AAG29251 Overflow Accessory New KitI was very worried about buying this product. Everything has to be perfect for this product to work. The Aqueon product line of tanks are well designed. This accessory is worth the money. Do not go out to the hardware store and try to build your own version. I know have a beautiful Marine tank. The price is high, but the product is excellent.

Great product, looks/functions almost as advertised. The connections on the bottom of the tank could be smaller, the ones that come with it are for 1 3/4 inch hose going to the filter (who uses a connection that big?) I had to jerry rig it and ended up just going with the equipment that came with my filter.

Nano CO2 Diffuser - Glass Reactor for Aquarium Plants

Nano CO2 Diffuser - Glass Reactor for Aquarium Plantsi put this on my DIY co2 system and it works great, you need to have pressure for it to work. it looks great in my tank and has been working perfectly for a few weeks now. Wish the glass was a little thicker, I get nervous when I have to clean it because its so thin, but overall it works great and looks great too..

I bought this for my DIY yeast bottle setup (with a 2 liter bottle) and it works great. The bubbles out of this are incredible small, much smaller than any air stone I have tried. Smaller bubbles=better CO2 absorption. It supplies my 26 gal tank very well, for larger tanks consider using two for more CO2. Very attractive too.

Buy Nano CO2 Diffuser - Glass Reactor for Aquarium Plants Now

The seller seems to have run out of suction cups. But the diffuser works great. It is also very small, the diameter of the ceramic disk is less than an inch and its about 3 inches tall, it looks great on my 10 gallon planted aquarium. This diffuser is 10 times better than any air stone and probably needs 10 times the pressure in order to work properly.

EDIT: The ceramic disc in this nano diffuser will get clogged over time if you don't have a gas separator (assuming you have a DIY CO2 system; personally I wouldn't recommend having a gas separator since many of the pressure is lost in there). I recommend using hydrogen peroxide to clean it; pull it out and soak the diffuser in hydrogen peroxide. It is not harmful to the fish nor will it change the water chemistry of your tank once you put it back. You can rinse off the excess hydrogen peroxide if you want but it is not necessary.

I really liked this diffuser while it was working. But it takes less than a day when the pressure runs out for it to get clogged. Unclogging is as simple as drying it out and popping it in the oven for a short amount of time but one day the stem broke when I was removing the tubing. For 11 bucks, its annoyingly fragile, and in the end I was left searching for a more reliable product.

ARIO 2 COLOR Aquarium Aerator

Hydor ARIO 2 COLOR GREEN LED Aquarium Aerator, Green Bubbles ULI love the blue light at nightbut after a few weeks my fish still stay on one side (away) from the light--The bubbles seemed to be more pronounced on the web than they actually are--If/when this dies out, I won't replace it with another like it.

This aerator is lovely, the blue light creates a cool atmosphere during the night and it does not seem to bother the fish. If you have a big aquarium and your fish enjoy currents you need something else as well or another aerator. Try placing it facing diagonally not just face up, that helps in avoiding clogging up so fast.

Ok so I was hesitant to buy since many other users have said it stops working. i thought maybe I would try and see. This is a crappy product. The manufacturer did not design this well. The issue is that the fan shaft has a magnet connected to it. This magnet separates very fast and then it does not spin and create bubbles. It worked for a few minutes. The manufacturer wants you to return it or buy a new fan piece, but why should we have to go through all of that? Just make a good product. This has no reflection on the seller who did a great job. The product is bad and the other reviewers are pretty accurate. I would not recommend. I have tried some non toxic glue to see if I can get the magnet to stay attached. I will see and hope this works otherwise I will purchase from a different company. The led light is cool and works with no issue.

Flourite Black Sand, 7 kg / 15.4 lbs

Flourite Black Sand, 7 kg / 15.4 lbsThis product is excellent, and good for plants that root in the substrate. The packaging was satisfactory, and once finished cleaning it, it looks amazing.

Beware, though the product directions are very misleading. My tank was a cloudy mess after adding this, and a quick google search of this product showed me my folly. This is by the far the dustiest of sand substrates out there for aquariums.

I took the advice of said website, I put my entire bag in a pillowcase, ran the hose through it for about 30 minutes until the water was clear, and now it looks great.

If you live in a small apartment or don't have access to a workspace, beware this can get messy, id select a different substrate.

BEWARE -The directions to not directly tell you wash it! It says something along the lines of... you "may" wash it, but don't need to, and that you may experience cloudiness that will go away in 2 -12 hours.

Well, I rinsed it in a bucket before putting it in my tank figured a little rinse should be enough IT WASN'T!!

If you buy this, RINSE IT OUT VERY VERY WELL or your water will be CLOUDY FOR DAYS, IF NOT WEEKS!

I will probably never use this stuff again... I have also used Eco-Complete and highly prefer it over Seachem's product.

Buy Flourite Black Sand, 7 kg / 15.4 lbs Now

As with any flourite product, these are dusty. You can do anything from washing them in a bucket (really just filling and refilling the bucket until no cloud appears) or putting the sand into an old pillow case and spraying it with a house until none of it 'leaks'. The manufacturer claims that you don't need to wash their products, but I've only found this to be the case when burying the product under another substrate.

This stuff is great in the aquarium. It feels like black sand, but has all the benefits of a flourite substrate. My plants are vibrant and healthy. I also dose root-tab fertilization into the flourite. I haven't had any algae outbreaks (which happens if the substrate doesn't retain the fertilizers).

The sand looks really great and is far better than 'regular' sand for plants. I plan to use it all my new tanks.

Read Best Reviews of Flourite Black Sand, 7 kg / 15.4 lbs Here

I've only had this in my tank for a few days so I can't vouch for its effect on my plants. But it looks really nice. :)

After reading about how to keep the cloudiness to a minimum I decided not to rinse the substrate. Instead, I put it straight into the aquarium, planted, then filled the tank VERY slowly, through an airline tube until about halfway up, making sure the water flowed ONLY onto a small plate. After about halfway I poured the water slowly from a cup onto the plate. By the time the tank was filled there was virtually NO cloudiness and a few days later the tank is crystal clear.

It was kind of anti-climactic, actually, after hearing so much about how cloudy this would be. I was prepared for the tank to look like utter crap for over a week but that just wasn't my experience at all.

Now, this was only a 6.6 gallon Petco bookshelf aquarium and I only used less than 1/3 of the bag. Maybe this is a bigger problem with bigger tanks with larger filters that create more turbulance? Maybe it's difficult to keep up the painstakingly slow pace of filling needed to prevent the cloudiness in big tanks? If anybody knows I'd be thrilled to hear about it. Please comment if you do. :)

This stuff is fantastic!

I ordered this sand recently to redo the substrate in my 40g breeder. After rinsing each bag for about 5 minutes through a pillow case as was recommended by other reviewers, I dumped 3 bags into a 5 gallon bucket and let it sit for about an hour. I then used a homemade funnel for sand application in a full tank(2 foot long piece of 2" diameter PVC piping with a 2"-4" coupler on top to give it a nice sized opening). By using this funnel after properly rinsing the sand, it allows you to add the sand with very minimal clouding. (Sidenote: TURN OFF YOUR FILTER WHEN YOU ADD THE SAND AND LEAVE IT OFF FOR AT LEAST AN HOUR AFTER ADDING THE SAND!!!!!)

My tank was clear again within 8-10 hours (went to bed and was crystal clear water when I woke up) and all of my fish were still looking very happy. Plants are doing much better in this substrate and my eels no longer knock them out of the ground when they go burrowing and it is bringing out colors in my fish I never knew they had. This is expensive sand but worth every penny!

P.S. After calling SeaChem, they assured me that this Flourite Black Sand is both burrower safe and soft belly safe which was a big concern for me and I know it will be for many others out there. So far this seems to be holding true and my eels and kuhli loaches are loving digging around in it.

Glofish Plastic Plants Medium Electric Green, Hairgrass

Glofish Plastic Plants Medium Electric Green, HairgrassIts out of my price range but it was on sale at petsmart (2.99 I believe) It glows just how I wanted it to. Ive heard the other colors didn't glow to much. It also stays put and doesn't float to the top.

This is an excellent product! It works exactly like it says. This item is a little pricey but worth it.

Como Stone Aquarium Fish Tank Sponge Filter

Como Stone Aquarium Fish Tank Sponge FilterI use this in an 8 gallon nano tank for Red Cherry Shrimp only. I did have to modify the bottom container with a better filter media (Chempure Elite) as the media in this is substandard. It also must be anchored down, I'm using a thermometer suction clip. It needs only a minimal air pump. My shrimp tank is heavily planted with only dwarf shrimp and three nerite snails...It is nearly self-sustaining but I wanted a little extra filteration with no chance of losing babies in a larger filteration system. This is a very small filter. This works well but I wouldn't recommend for any heavier bioload or with the media filter material it comes with.

I bought this for a 5 gallon tank and it wouldn't sink to the bottom...I added more rocks to it but then I couldn't get the top to close. I ended up throwing this in the trash. It was not useful at all.

Fish & Aquatic Supplies Zoe Saltwater Vitamin 8Oz

Fish & Aquatic Supplies Zoe Saltwater Vitamin 8OzI like this product. I will continue to use it. It seems to do well in the saltwater tank with the feather dusters, coral and the fish. Don't really know if it's working but my fish are all happy and healthy. I would recommend and cont. to use this product price was fair.

Action Air® Live-Action Shipwreck Aerating Aquarium Ornaments

Action AirĀ® Split Shipwreck Live-Action Aerating Aquarium OrnamentMy son has a 2.5 gallon tank divided for three beta fish. We purchased this ship to fit a piece in each end and hooked them up with air tubes. They are cute. The fit is tight but I measured before I ordered and it fits...barely. I was able to hook up the air and after getting the tilt just so, able to get the bubbles just like I wanted. One drawback that had nothing to do with limited space...too light! The one end I had to bury in the rocks to get it to stay down and needless to say, every time the tank gets cleaned, it is floating, and mama has to get in there and get it back down. The other end would not stay down at all, so I hunted through the house for something nontoxic that would fit in there and weight it down and came up with a small onyx elephant I put in first followed by an onyx turtle I picked up years ago when I was in to buying onyx critters every time I went somewhere. Actually, it kind a looks like a sea turtle hiding in the ship and you don't see the elephant at all. So, it is cute, it works, but be prepared to take a deep breath before you patiently struggle to get the tube and the ship properly weighted, positioned, etc. so it doesn't keep popping up...and then redoing it every time you clean the tank.

smaller then i invisions, but worked great for what i wanted it for. its fully split if you want to have just have in your tank or a half on each side. very versital

Looks very nice in any fish tank. It is not toxic like some people say. I've had this in my tank for almost 3 months and before that another one for almost 2 years. Very good item.

Hydor Pico Evo-Mag 180 Circulation Pump with Magnet Mount for Aquariums and Terrariums 180 GPHI use this on my 3 gallon nano, controllable flow is awesome. quiet pump. works great. I would recommend this product.

These little pumps are great for fountains and pico's. They are typically quiet under no head pressure. I find they die constantly after 3-6 months.

I was torn when buying this product: I've read great things on various forums about this products, but have read mixed reviews on websites like Amazon. I bought it simply because I felt it was the best option in the GPH range I was looking at that wasn't, say, $200 (*cough* MP10). I heeded the warning about the cheap plastic, and took my time and was gentle. It didn't break, but I still managed to damage it. Also, it makes an ugly noise. It's not extremely loud, but a bit irritating if kept in an area you frequent (aka

Decorative Metal Stands 20 gallon Scroll

Decorative Metal Stands 20 gallon ScrollThis stand is easy to assemble and attractive to look at. However, one leg was about 1/4" shorter than the other 3, making it very wobbly. It also comes with 2 support bars that aren't shown in the picture. One of those was too long and I was unable to line up the hole to put the bolt in properly. Not sturdy enough for me to trust it to hold a 20 gallon aquarium full of water.
